Accenture Digital Core in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Senior SQL Server DBA to own production database operations integrated with Azure cloud services. You will manage SQL Server instances, ensure high availability, and drive performance improvements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

The role requires strong cloud-native expertise, autonomy, and a proven track record in incident resolution, release management, and security auditing within regulated settings.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of hands-on Microsoft SQL Server experience in production.
• Strong Azure platform experience is mandatory.
• Professional English C1; French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases in production, integrated with Azure.
• Manage Always-On Availability Groups, Failover Clusters, and storage operations.
• Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Execute releases using Azure DevOps and UrbanCode Deploy.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to improve DB operations.
