Job summary

KCS IT is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join remotely from Portugal. You will design and deliver enterprise architectures for banking and digital payments, collaborating with technical teams, product and business stakeholders to meet regulatory and security requirements.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in software engineering or architecture, strong .NET/SQL Server skills, Azure expertise, and experience with international clients and teams, plus fluent English and a proactive,

Qualifications

7–10 years of professional experience in Software Engineering or Solution Architecture.
Experience in Banking, Digital Banking, Payments or regulated environments.
Strong .NET and SQL Server expertise.
Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures.
Knowledge of distributed architectures, integrations and containerization.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and automation.
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Bicep).
Collaborates with technical teams, product and business stakeholders.
Understanding of security and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management; fluent English.
Experience with international clients and teams.
