Job summary

Siemens Portugal Tech Hub seeks a visionary Senior Solution Software Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of next‑generation distributed platforms. You will define multi-cloud architecture across AWS and Azure, create robust microservices in Go and Angular, and design data streaming with Kafka and MongoDB.

Qualifications

• Experience with Golang (Go), Angular, Apache Kafka, MongoDB, and distributed caching.
• Experience connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for business intelligence.
• Experience with Azure data-related components and services.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive architecture solutions that encompass business and technical aspects.
• Create architectural diagrams and documentation for technical teams.
• Guide and oversee the development team to ensure architecture alignment.
• Ensure robust, secure, and scalable integrations and security protocols.
• Set up and maintain deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Collaborate in an Agile IT environment (SAFe or Scrum).
• Architect high-volume, scalable data pipelines across batch and real-time processing.
• Bridge business requirements with data architecture and articulate trade-offs.
