Ardanis is a European technology consultancy working with ambitious clients to deliver smart, scalable solutions on the Microsoft stack. We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in leading the design of complex implementations across Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement. This isn't a stepping-stone role — we're looking for someone who has already been owning solution architecture for D365 projects, ideally across multiple industries or client contexts.

You'll play a critical role in shaping solution direction from early-stage planning through to delivery, working closely with clients, project managers, and delivery teams. You'll be part of a collaborative, senior-level environment where your input genuinely shapes how solutions are delivered.

What You'll Do

Own the solution architecture for Microsoft D365 projects from discovery through delivery
Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices
Design technical architecture including data flows, system integrations, and platform configurations
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solution design supports business outcomes
Lead technical governance, solution reviews, and decision-making across teams
Contribute to internal delivery frameworks, tooling, and architectural standards
Support pre-sales by contributing to estimates, approach, and client discussions

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role
Strong knowledge of D365 F&O and/or CE, with experience in full lifecycle implementations
Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure
Experience with integrations, data migrations, custom development oversight, and performance optimization
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for both technical and business stakeholders
Microsoft certifications (MB-700, MB-600 or similar) are a strong plus

Nice to Have

Consulting/SI background
Experience with Agile methodologies
Previous involvement in global or multi-entity rollouts
