• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years developing mobile apps with Flutter.
• Proven experience building, deploying and maintaining Flutter apps for iOS/Android, published in App/Play stores.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture and state management, especially Riverpod.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and code review.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development using OpenSpec or similar tools.
• Solid unit, widget and integration testing; strong code reviews and QA practices.
• Strong OOP/SOLID understanding and REST API integration.

We are looking for an Amazing: Senior Software Engineer (Flutter) (HYBRID @Porto – 2x/week)

Seniority: 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years with Flutter

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years developing mobile applications with Flutter;
• Proven experience building, deploying and maintaining Flutter applications for iOS and Android, published on the App Store and Google Play;
• Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture and state management, particularly Riverpod (Provider or BLoC is also valued);
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or similar, including reviewing and validating AI-generated code;
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development, ideally using OpenSpec, GitHub Spec Kit or similar tools;
• Solid experience with unit, widget and integration testing, as well as code reviews and quality assurance practices;
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns and REST API integration;
• Experience implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications, preferably using GitHub Actions;
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance and ensure stability;
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, design and backend engineers;
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Firebase;
• Knowledge of native iOS or Android development;
• Previous experience mentoring engineers and promoting AI-assisted development best practices;
