D-Orbit is seeking a Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead for its Cybersecurity Business Unit in Lisboa, Portugal. You will provide technical leadership, shape secure software architecture, and mentor a growing security engineering team while delivering complex projects.

The role demands extensive software development experience, strong Python focus, and a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach within an Agile environment. On-site Lisbon position with flexible arrangements and a global mission.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of software development and architecture experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of microservices, DevOps, and secure coding practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for secure, scalable software solutions.
• Mentor and grow a small security engineering team.
• Oversee code quality, reviews, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust deployments.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across the full software development lifecycle.
• Manage cross-team collaboration with product, QA, DevOps, and external stakeholders.
• Serve as primary technical interface with customers, partners, and regulators.
