Sovos is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering organization and drive adoption of Core Platform and AI Platform capabilities. You’ll be a hands-on contributor who helps teams move faster while raising the bar for quality and maintainability.

Positioned at the intersection of Engineering, Architecture, and AI technology, you’ll accelerate delivery, write playbooks, and partner with stakeholders to ensure code ships with confidence.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of software development across multiple codebases and domains.
• Experience with AI coding assistants in professional contexts (e.g., Copilot, Cursor).
• Strong JavaScript and React expertise; Java and/or .NET is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Platform Adoption across engineering teams for Core Platform and AI Platform.
• Embed with teams, understand codebases, and remove adoption blockers.
• Write Skills and guidance to scale adoption and improve developer productivity.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to co-author test plans.
• Help teams deploy production-ready software with quality and security considerations.
