Sovos is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive adoption of our Core Platform and AI Platform across engineering teams. You will embed with multiple squads, shaping playbooks and guidance to accelerate delivery and improve code quality. This role combines architecture, coding, and mentoring to raise the bar across Sovos.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of software development across multiple codebases.
• Experience with AI coding assistants in professional contexts.
• Strong JavaScript and React proficiency.
• Familiarity with Java and/or .NET SOA systems is a plus.
• Ability to mentor others and document guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Help engineering teams adopt Core Platform and AI Platform components.
• Embed with teams, understand codebases, remove adoption blockers.
• Write Skills and guidance to automate best practices.
• Collaborate with product/engineering for test plans and deployments.
• Ensure code ships with quality and confidence.
