Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong in Go and/or Python.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems (message queues, APIs, relational databases).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong testing, CI/CD, and observability fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate distributed microservices (message queues, gRPC/REST APIs, relational databases).
• Contribute to AI-driven features and pipelines, integrating LLMs and agent frameworks into production systems.

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our R&D teams building cloud-native, event-driven microservices at scale. The team combines solid backend engineering with applied AI, using LLMs and agent-based pipelines to automate and improve core parts of our product. The specific product area may evolvewith our roadmap, but the core of the job stays constant: Go, cloud-native architecture, and AI-driven features.

What you'll do:

• Design, build, andoperate distributed microservices (message queues, gRPC/REST APIs, relational databases)
• Contribute to AI-driven features and pipelines, integrating LLMs and agent frameworks into production systems
• Own services end-to-end: architecture, coding, testing, CI/CD, production observability
• Deploy and operate services in Kubernetes, following GitOps practices
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong in Go and/or Python
• Solid understanding of distributed systems: message queues (RabbitMQ or similar), gRPC/REST APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong testing, CI/CD, and observability fundamentals
• Comfortable in a multi-team microservices environment

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with LLMs/AI agents (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
• Experience with cloud AI services(AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI)
• Genuine curiosity/research mindset around AI developments
• Application security knowledge
• GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, Helm), OpenTelemetry
