Job summary

Stellar Cyber, a global cybersecurity leader, is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our Portugal market's advanced support operations. You will act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, perform hands-on troubleshooting of SIEM pipelines, network security, and cloud telemetry, and drive RCAs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems engineering or security operations.
• Strong background in SIEM, cybersecurity, or large-scale observability platforms.
• Portuguese fluency is a must for this role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for critical and high-impact customer issues.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting for complex break-fix scenarios in SIEM pipelines and security domains.
• Drive root cause analyses (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
