Claranet Portugal is seeking a Senior SharePoint Administrator to join our internal team, with responsibility for administering and supporting SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online, ensuring availability, security, and performance.

The ideal candidate will lead On-Premises to cloud migrations, design hybrid SharePoint architectures, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Applications teams to deliver reliable collaboration and document management.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience delivering SharePoint On-Premises to Cloud migrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and production environment management.
• Experience in hybrid Microsoft environments.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online.
• Manage configuration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise farms.
• Lead On-Premises to Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online migrations.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Implement and manage security, permissions, and governance.

• Provide Level 3 support for critical incidents.

We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Administrator to join our internal team, with strong experience in SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments, responsible for the administration, optimization, migration, and advanced support of the platform, ensuring its availability, security, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing enterprise SharePoint infrastructures, leading cloud migration projects, and resolving complex issues within critical production environments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Administer and support SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online platforms.
• Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SharePoint farms in enterprise environments.
• Lead and execute SharePoint On-Premises to Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online migration projects.
• Design and implement hybrid SharePoint architectures when required.
• Monitor the health, availability, performance, and security of SharePoint environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents.
• Implement and manage platform security, permissions, and governance policies.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams.
• Document technical architectures, operational procedures, and platform configurations.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices for SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support for critical incidents.
• Participate in modernization and digital transformation initiatives related to collaboration and document management solutions.

You must have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration.
• Proven hands-on experience with:

SharePoint Online

Microsoft 365

• Practical experience delivering SharePoint On-Premises to Cloud migration projects.
• Strong experience in advanced troubleshooting and complex problem resolution.
• Experience managing mission-critical production environments.
