Claranet in Lisbon is seeking a Senior SharePoint Administrator to join our internal team, managing SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online, overseeing migrations to Microsoft 365, and ensuring availability, security, and performance of the platform.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of SharePoint administration experience, hands-on cloud migration experience, and strong troubleshooting skills in production environments.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration.
• Hands-on experience delivering SharePoint On-Premises to Cloud migration projects.
• Strong experience in advanced troubleshooting and complex problem resolution.
• Experience managing mission-critical production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online platforms.
• Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SharePoint farms in enterprise environments.
• Lead and execute SharePoint On-Premises to Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online migration projects.
• Design and implement hybrid SharePoint architectures when required.
• Monitor the health, availability, performance, and security of SharePoint environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents.
• Implement and manage platform security, permissions, and governance policies.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams.
• Document technical architectures, operational procedures, and platform configurations.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices for SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support for critical incidents.
• Participate in modernization and digital transformation initiatives related to collaboration and document management solutions.
