Role

Senior Services Sales Executive to drive growth across the European market within our Treasury & Capital Markets division. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record of closing complex deals with large financial institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Establish a joint strategy and plan for named accounts to drive services expansion of existing Finastra products and identify new opportunities for growth across Finastra products and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients at various levels, including executives across business and IT domains, maintaining regular touch points.
  • Lead and collaborate with the extended Finastra team for account planning, new project opportunities, and to ensure business objectives and customer expectations are met.
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the client operating environment, their business objectives, strategic initiatives, key stakeholders and influencers in relevant business domains.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build a pipeline for Finastra services within existing and new prospects.
  • Establish regular business update meetings with appropriate client personnel to provide visibility to Finastra's services initiatives and highlight the value from staying on the latest version of our products.
  • Ensure and maintain sales forecasting data in the sales reporting system to allow for opportunity management and reporting.
  • Maintain well-documented knowledge about clients' businesses via Account Plans and in sales tracking systems.
  • Close business to meet forecast commitments and services sales quotas.
  • Stay abreast of current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8–10 years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably in financial technology or capital markets with a focus on professional services.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of Treasury & Capital Markets products, services, and client needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of a client's business, identifying challenges and opportunities and how to position solutions to address those needs.
