Grundfos in Lisbon (Paço de Arcos) is seeking a hands-on Field Service professional to install, commission, and service pump systems and water technology on customer sites.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, train customers, and collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure uptime and strong relationships across the territory.

Fluent English and Portuguese are required, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel regularly.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of field service experience with pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial mechanical/electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, and basic PLC/VFD troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across the assigned territory.
• Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English and Portuguese language knowledge.

Responsabilidades

What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Field Service team, you'll create impact by providing hands-on technical expertise that maximizes system uptime and strengthens long-term customer relationships.

• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and HVAC applications
• Relevant certifications such as journeyman electrician, OSHA 10/30, or confined space entry
