Innova Recruitment Limited in Porto is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own a broad security estate across cloud and on‑premises environments. You will work with Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 Security to detect, automate and respond to threats, collaborating with Infra, DevOps and Software Engineering to reduce risk and improve incident response.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering or Security Operations.
• Strong exposure to a Microsoft security estate.
• Experience with Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Security and related tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Improve detections and automate security work using KQL, PowerShell, Python and Microsoft tooling.
• Strengthen identity security including Conditional Access and privileged access.
• Look beyond endpoint security into applications, vulnerabilities and external attack surface.
• Lead security investigations and improve incident response and ransomware resilience.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps and Software Engineering to drive remediation.
