Essity is seeking a Lead Identity Governance & Administration Engineer to advance and operate enterprise IAM/IGA capabilities. You will lead Saviynt platform governance, drive lifecycle and access certification efforts, and partner with HR, IT, and business units to strengthen security and compliance.

You will work within a global organization, ensuring scalable identity governance across systems and applications, while focusing on automation and process improvements to enhance employee

Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in information security or IT.
• Extensive hands-on IAM/IGA experience in global environments.
• Saviynt implementation, configuration, and governance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and continuous improvement of enterprise Identity Governance & Administration capabilities.
• Act as Saviynt platform expert, ensuring effective configuration and governance.
• Design integrations between identity systems and HR, directory services, and cloud platforms.
• Drive access governance, certification campaigns, and entitlement management.
• Improve joiner/mover/leaver processes across the organization.
• Support audit readiness and identity-centric security controls.
