Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• 12+ years of experience managing complex IT programs in multinational environments.
• Strong experience with SAP programs, SAP RISE, cloud migration, and IT transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end SAP RISE migration program delivery and milestones.
• Manage full program lifecycle from planning to closure and hypercare.
• Coordinate migration activities across SAP apps, infra, data, testing, cutover.
• Engage senior stakeholders across global functions and regions.
• Establish governance, risk/issue management, and executive reporting.
