• Proven experience in engineering leadership or domain-specific consulting.
• Deep expertise in relevant technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in mentoring and capability development.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Fluency in English
