iTRTech Group in Portugal is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support German payroll applications in a hybrid Porto/Gaia setting. Fluent German and English are mandatory, with 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.

You will analyze requirements, configure SAP solutions, test changes, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and Finance teams. The role requires one day per week in the Porto/Gaia office under a B2B contract.

Qualificações

• At least five years of experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant.
• Practical experience with SAP HCM German Payroll.
• Knowledge of German payroll processes, accounting and HR master data.
• Experience with SAP Payroll configuration and customising.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain SAP HCM German Payroll applications.
• Analyse and configure payroll-related system changes.
• Translate German business and legal requirements into SAP solutions.
• Test payroll configurations and application changes.
• Investigate and resolve incidents affecting payroll processes and interfaces.
• Maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types and related configurations.
• Support the posting interface with Financial Accounting.
• Work with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and external partners.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation.
