Bruker is seeking an experienced Senior BI/Analytics professional to join its Business Intelligence Competence Center. The role is remote within Europe, with preference for candidates based in Spain, Portugal, or Poland. You will define BI strategy, coach users in Self-Service BI, and lead analytics projects leveraging SAP Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.

You will own the analytics lifecycle, collaborate with global teams, and ensure robust data architectures and governance across SAP landscapes.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in enterprise BI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SAP Datasphere, SAC and SAP BDC.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud including integrated planning and reporting.
• Proven ability to define and drive analytics strategies, data architectures, and operating models.
• Solid understanding of SAP BW/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA analytics landscapes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Support the definition and execution of the enterprise BI strategy and roadmap.
• Enable business users on Self-Service BI through training and coaching.
• Develop and enhance reporting and analytics solutions using SAP tools.
• Take ownership of the full solution lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders within the BI Competence Center.
• Monitor, coordinate, and manage external implementation partners when required.
