KCS IT, founded in 2008 and based in Lisbon, seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience to lead end-to-end Salesforce design, development, and testing. You will implement scalable solutions, document technical work, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful project delivery.

You’ll work in a hybrid model with two days onsite in Lisbon, engage in Salesforce integrations, and drive best practices while mentoring others and sharing knowledge across international

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Integrations.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and unit testing Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Experience performing defect analysis, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
• Solid knowledge of Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience defining, reviewing, and executing test cases.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate development teams.
• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week onsite in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and unit testing of Salesforce requirements.
• Develop scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions following best practices.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Configure and parameterize Salesforce solutions according to business requirements.
• Develop integrations and interfaces between Salesforce and external systems.
• Execute unit tests, identify defects, and implement fixes.
• Define, review, and validate test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and support to development teams.
