GRiT is seeking a technical leader to own the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. You will mentor engineers, architect scalable systems, and collaborate across teams to leverage the full platform capabilities.

The role requires 12+ years in IT, 5+ years leading Salesforce projects, hands-on Vlocity/OmniStudio experience, and strong agile discipline. Excellent English communication and client-facing collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12 years of professional IT experience with at least 5 years leading Salesforce projects and teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), including OmniScripts and implementation best practices.
• Practical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Proven proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development, both declarative and programmatic approaches.
• Mandatory Salesforce OmniStudio certification with practical knowledge of platform capabilities.
• Strong background in agile and SCRUM environments, comfortable with version control systems such as Git.
• Track record delivering robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that meet strict quality standards.
• Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.
• Client-facing mindset with excellent communication, coordination and collaboration across multiple teams.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and investigate complex technical challenges independently.
