GRiT in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic engineering team modernizing customer platforms with enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. You will design, build and maintain robust systems, integrating with wide infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact journeys and business outcomes.

You will bring 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, Platform 2+ certifications, and expertise in Lightning Web Components, Lightning

Qualificações

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience (declarative and programmatic)
• Salesforce Platform 2+ certifications required
• Expert in Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, and Apex
• Experience designing, building and consuming APIs/integrations
• Basic DevOps knowledge including Git and repository practices
• Strong code quality, security, and maintainability practices
• Ability to work in cross-functional squads with Product, QA, Architecture and Operations teams
• Fluent written and spoken English

Job Description:

Join a dynamic engineering team modernizing customer platforms through innovative Salesforce solutions. You'll design, build and maintain robust software systems integrated with enterprise-scale infrastructure, collaborating across cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact customer journeys and business outcomes.

Must-Have:

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience, with demonstrated expertise in both declarative and programmatic approaches
• Salesforce Platform 2+ certification as a mandatory requirement
• Expert proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, and Apex development
• Proven experience designing, building and consuming APIs and integrations across multiple systems and platforms
• Basic DevOps knowledge, including version control systems such as Git and repository management practices
• Competency in delivering well-structured, secure and maintainable code meeting functional and nonfunctional requirements
• Ability to work within cross-functional squads, collaborating effectively with Product, QA, Architecture and Operations teams
• Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken
• Ownership mindset with strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills

Would be great if you have:

• 3 or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating broad platform expertise
• 1 or more years of practical experience with Vlocity or Salesforce Industries Cloud
• Basic knowledge of Vlocity CPQ implementation patterns
• Low-level technical design and architecture capabilities
• Background in large-scale IT organisations, bringing enterprise perspective to development
• Familiarity with cloud-native concepts such as event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing patterns
• Experience participating in live service support, incident investigation and continuous improvement initiatives
