We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join our team at Fashion Clinic in Almancil, Algarve. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales performance in alignment with our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a tailored, one-on-one luxury shopping experience to each client;
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through clienteling and follow-up;
• Support and mentor junior sales staff to uphold high standards of service;
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets;
• Maintain a deep knowledge of products, designers, and current fashion trends;
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and stock organization;
• Handle after-sales service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction;
• Uphold the image and values of Fashion Clinic at all times.

Profile & Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail sales;
• Strong clienteling skills and an established client network (preferred);
• Passionate about fashion and luxury lifestyle;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Portuguese, French, or Mandarin are a plus);
• Professional appearance and polished manners;
• Sales-driven with a proactive attitude and team spirit.
