Körber Supply Chain seeks an experienced Reinforcement Learning & Adaptive Controls Expert to advance control software for industrial machines. You will apply RL, MPC, machine vision, and Physical AI to optimize performance and decision-making in dynamic environments.

Join a Robotics & Autonomous Systems team delivering simulation-to-real deployments, collaborating across control, learning, and vision disciplines while travelling up to 25% for global collaboration.

Qualificações

• Master's or PhD in CS/Math/Physics/EE/Control/Automation or related field.
• 5+ years in reinforcement learning, MPC, machine vision, or intelligent control.
• Hands-on with PyTorch or TensorFlow and Python/C++ programming.
• Experience with simulation platforms and real-time control environments.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and Docker is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement advanced control methods using RL, MPC, and optimization for industrial automation.
• Design and validate software for industrial machine control in simulation and real-time settings.
• Integrate control, learning, and vision models for robust deployment from sim to real.
• Explore emerging RL, vision, adaptive control, and sim-to-real transfer methods.
• Collaborate with robotics, mechatronics, and system architecture teams to innovate.
• Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of intelligent control apps.
