Körber Supply Chain is seeking a Simulation & Digital Twin Software Expert (m/f/d) to join the Robotics & Autonomous Systems team. You will design and implement simulation and digital twin solutions for industrial machines and material handling for efficient sim-to-real deployment.

Requires 5+ years in simulation, strong Python/C++ skills, and proficiency with Linux, Git, and Docker. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with global teams are part of the role.

Qualificações

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Simulation Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in simulation, digital twins, or physics-based modeling.
• Experience with physics-based platforms (NVIDIA Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Unity).
• Proficient in Python and C++, with Linux, Git, Docker familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end simulation and digital twin models for conveyors and material handling.
• Design software-in-the-loop environments for validation and testing.
• Create and test simulation assets modeling sensors, actuators, and processes.
• Integrate simulation into development workflows for sim-to-real deployment.
• Research emerging tech in simulation, digital twins, physics-based modeling.
• Collaborate with software, robotics, and mechatronics teams across functions.
• Support validation, optimization, and improvement of simulation models.
• Contribute to Physical AI and autonomous systems initiatives.
