Körber Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Reinforcement Learning and Adaptive Controls Expert to join our Robotics & Autonomous Systems team. Develop advanced control software for industrial machines using reinforcement learning, MPC, machine vision and Physical AI.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, implement simulations, real-time deployment, and contribute to next-generation intelligent control solutions for automation and material handling.

Qualificações

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Reinforcement Learning, Model Predictive Control, Machine Vision, Intelligent Control Systems, or related domains.
• Hands-on programming experience in Python and C++.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement advanced control methods using reinforcement learning, MPC, and optimization techniques for industrial automation systems.
• Design, develop, and validate software for industrial machine control in simulation, software-in-the-loop, and real-time environments.
• Integrate control, learning, and vision-based models into machine software for deployment from simulation to real-world applications.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies in reinforcement learning, machine vision, adaptive control, and sim-to-real transfer.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions in machine control, robotics, and mechatronics.
