Greenvolt Power seeks an Operational Asset Reporting Specialist to connect operational data with Asset Management decisions. You will define and interpret renewable KPIs, develop dashboards, validate data quality and drive adoption of digital asset solutions across Greenvolt operations.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in renewable asset performance or operations analytics.
• Experience analyzing operational data from solar PV, wind or similar assets.
• Strong ability to define and interpret KPIs and present insights to stakeholders.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into reporting or digital solutions.
• Proficiency in data quality controls and KPI governance.

Responsabilidades

• Define, document and maintain KPIs and calculation rules across assets, countries and technologies.
• Collect and structure reporting requirements from Asset Management and leadership.
• Specify and build Power BI dashboards and reports with validated data sources.
• Analyze portfolio and asset performance, support benchmarking and investigate deviations.
• Validate operational data from platforms, flag anomalies and coordinate root-cause analysis.
• Translate operational needs into use cases, requirements, priorities and acceptance criteria for digital asset solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing, business readiness, adoption and value tracking.

What you will do

As an Operational Asset Reporting Specialist, you will connect operational data with Asset Management decision-making. You will define and interpret renewable performance KPIs, develop clear reporting requirements and dashboards, validate data quality and help drive adoption of digital asset solutions across Greenvolt operations.

Main responsibilities

• Define, document and maintain operational KPIs, calculation rules and business definitions across assets, countries and renewable technologies.

• Collect and structure reporting requirements from Asset Management and leadership stakeholders.

• Specify and build Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring clear performance views, consistent logic and validated data sources.

• Analyse portfolio and asset performance, support benchmarking and investigate material deviations or unexpected trends.

• Validate operational data from platforms, flag anomalies and coordinate root-cause analysis.

• Translate operational needs into use cases, functional requirements, priorities and acceptance criteria for digital asset solutions.

• Support user acceptance testing, business readiness, adoption and value tracking following implementation.

• Coordinate with Asset Management, Energy Management, OT Integration & Data and IT Data & Analytics on reporting and digital initiatives.

What we are looking for

• +4 years of experience in renewable asset performance, operations analytics, business intelligence or operational reporting.

• Experience analysing operational data from solar PV, wind, BESS, utilities or comparable infrastructure assets.

• Demonstrated experience defining and interpreting operational KPIs and presenting performance insights to stakeholders.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting or digital solutions.

• Strong Microsoft Power BI capability, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query and effective dashboard design.

• Good knowledge of renewable KPIs such as availability, performance ratio, production, losses and downtime.

• Strong analytical and data-visualization skills, with sufficient SQL knowledge to validate and investigate datasets.

• Knowledge of data-quality controls, reconciliation, KPI governance and reporting documentation.

• Ability to analyse time-series and multi-asset operational data and distinguish performance events from data issues.

Nice to have

• Degree in Engineering, Energy, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a related field.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Python or R, SCADA or historian data, forecasting or anomaly detection.
