What You’ll Do
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment – Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates.
  • Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while enhancing Bitfinex's reputation in the global talent market.
  • Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies.
What You Bring To The Table
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, covering both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Ability to source, attract, and engage talent across multiple geographies.
  • Strong knowledge of latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • A data-driven mindset, using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies.
  • CET Timezone preferred or willingness to be flexible when needed.
  • Previous experience within the cryptocurrency or blockchain space (preferred).
