Joom is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across tech and non-tech roles, from backend engineers to commercial leaders, including hard-to-fill profiles. You will rethink hiring, run experiments, and accelerate processes with AI-driven workflows.

Relocation support to Lisbon and a flexible, office-first culture with remote work up to 52 days per year. You will collaborate with teams across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China, delivering rapid, quality hires for the group.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for tech and non-tech roles.
• Strong direct sourcing skills — you can point to hires that came from your own outreach.
• Experience using AI tools in recruitment workflows and can show concrete examples.
• Track record of challenging standard processes, running experiments, and sharing outcomes.
• Solid understanding of the tech stack and how it maps toHiring needs.
• Experience working with demanding stakeholders, including first-time hiring managers.
• Fluent English.

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who's equally confident hiring engineers and commercial leaders. You'll own searches across tech and non-tech roles — from backend and ML engineers to product, marketing and sales — including the hard-to-fill ones where the right profile barely exists on the market. Along the way, you'll rethink how we hire: question what doesn't work, redesign the process and make it faster and sharper.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for tech and non-tech roles
• Run hiring experiments — new sourcing channels, outreach formats, assessment methods, AI-driven workflows — measure the impact and scale what works
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates, map talent markets and build pipelines for future needs
• Act as a thought partner to hiring managers: shape role profiles, align on the hiring bar, and bring market insights
• Negotiate and close offers with highly competitive candidates

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with hands-on hiring for both tech and non-tech roles
• Strong direct sourcing skills — you can point to hires that came from your own outreach
• You use (or even build) AI tools in your daily workflow and can show concrete examples of where they improved your speed or quality
• A track record of changing how hiring works and comfort with risk: you've questioned a standard process, run an experiment, and can tell us what worked and what didn't
• Solid understanding of the tech stack
• Experience working with demanding stakeholders, including first-time hiring managers
• Fluent English
