Noesis is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Architect to own the design, implementation and evolution of quality solutions across complex enterprise environments. This role requires deep software engineering capability and a proven track record of architecture leadership.

You will lead architecture and technical delivery, connecting requirements with automation, test data, environments, CI/CD and AI agents across the SDLC to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Software Quality/Engineering with architecture ownership.
• Hands-on with Python/TypeScript/Java and reusable components.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud, containers, and API integrations.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions to technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Quality Engineering architectures across multiple applications and teams.
• Design reusable frameworks, services and platform components and lead reviews.
• Define workflows for test design, data prep, execution, analysis and release evidence.
• Build AI agents and LLM workflows for requirements analysis and scenario generation.
• Integrate quality controls into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates.
• Collaborate with Business Quality Analysts, developers and platform engineers to translate inputs into validation assets.
• Act as technical reference for teams and clients, explaining trade-offs.
