Agap2It in Lisbon seeks a QA Lead to guide quality assurance across commerce platforms, driving automation maturity and risk-based testing. You will shape quality metrics, own the regression suite, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure reliable digital experiences.

You will lead a nearshore QA team from Morocco, define priorities, service levels, and reporting, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and DevOps to translate quality into business outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering in complex digital environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams while remaining hands-on.
• Strong experience in test strategy, risk-based coverage, API/integration testing.
• Proven ability to design or migrate automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Experience leading nearshore QA teams in managed-service models.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, microservices and e-commerce platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and evolve testing capabilities and automation frameworks across the test pyramid.
• Coordinate testing across delivery teams and releases, tracking scope, risks and blockers.
• Lead defect qualification, prioritization, investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Own the regression suite and automation roadmap to improve reliability and maintainability.
• Lead the nearshore QA team in Morocco, defining priorities and service levels.
• Produce quality status, release-risk assessments, and test exit recommendations.
