Job summary

Agap2It is seeking a QA Lead to drive testing strategy and automation across a multi-team digital commerce environment. You will own the regression suite, define automation roadmaps, and coordinate nearshore QA delivery to ensure quality across releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering in complex digital environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams while hands-on.
• Strong test strategy and risk-based coverage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evolve testing capabilities and automation frameworks.
• Coordinate testing across delivery teams and releases during sprints.
• Own regression suite and automation roadmap; ensure coverage aligns with production risks.
• Lead nearshore QA teams in a managed-service model with KPI reviews and improvement plans.
• Produce quality status, risk assessments, and test exit recommendations for stakeholders.
• Explore AI-assisted QA use cases for test design and coverage analysis.
