Job summary

Global Technology Leader seeks an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join an international programme. You will build and maintain automated and manual tests, design robust frameworks, and contribute to CI/CD practices while ensuring performance and reliability across large-scale platforms.

The role offers hybrid work in Lisbon, collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams, and opportunities for professional growth in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA/Testing experience.
• Strong manual and automated testing experience.
• Hands-on with automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter or similar.
• Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within international teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test strategies.
• Create, maintain, and improve test automation frameworks.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and quality practices.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in complex environments.
• Promote continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
