Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional QA or software testing experience.
• Minimum 3 years developing automated testing solutions in SaaS or web apps.
• Proficient programming in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
• Hands-on with modern automation frameworks (Playwright preferred).
• Experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines and version control.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA strategy, test plans, and release readiness.
• Architect testing infrastructure and scalable automation frameworks.
• Automate web apps, APIs, integrations, and AI-driven features.
• Lead AI-assisted test engineering and AI output review.
• Perform performance, security, and accessibility testing.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, design, and clinical experts.
• Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and estimation.
