We invite an experienced, motivated, and proactive Senior Project Manager to join our Engineering Presales team at Dev. Pro. In this role, you\'ll drive the full presales cycle, coordinating experts and managing RFPs, RFQs, and similar opportunities. You\'ll collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to help the company win new business while also continuously improving our presales processes.

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you\'ll lead end-to-end presales efforts, connecting sales, delivery, and technical teams to create clear, ready proposals that win new business.

  • Manage end-to-end presales activities: initiation, planning, estimates, documentation, proposals, and presentations
  • Organize and lead functional presales teams to deliver high-quality, timely client responses
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery Leadership, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, etc.)
  • Engage with clients during presales to capture requirements, set expectations, and address concerns
  • Define PM aspects such as project plans, risks, and resources clearly in proposals
  • Identify and implement improvements in presales processes
  • Maintain high efficiency under tight RFP/RFQ deadlines
