Due to the company’s ongoing growth and upcoming capital deployment, Norfin intends to select a Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineer/Architect).
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide management with all necessary information for the preparation of economic and financial feasibility studies for projects.
- Coordinate the development of economic and financial studies for each real estate project.
- Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the defined construction strategy.
- Oversee project management across all phases and disciplines.
- Coordinate analysis of real estate projects at various stages.
- Ensure achievement of objectives related to costs and budgets.
- Implement tendering models and coordinate the preparation and launch of construction tenders.
- Review proposals and jointly approve final contract awards with the respective Director.
- Manage hiring and coordination of teams including architects, engineers, interior designers, project managers, supervision, and other consultants.
- Monitor construction works and manage supervision teams on-site.
- Ensure final quality of construction works, minimizing potential defects or issues.
- Guarantee projects are delivered on time.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including liaising with licensing authorities.
- Oversee implementation of brand standards in project design and execution, where applicable.
- Prepare for operational and maintenance phases, ensuring best practices are followed.
Role Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 8–10 years of professional experience.
- Experience in urban planning, project development, and/or management of urban operations (experience in related projects is a plus).
- Experience in real estate or hospitality projects is valued.
- Strong project management experience.
- Significant experience in construction, large-scale developments, and specialized installations.
- Proven ability to work under pressure.
- Solid site management background.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the market and construction solutions.
- High-level decision-making capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of licensing processes and applicable regulations.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Strong skills in financial analysis of real estate projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
