The Role:

The Senior Project Manager will work with key business stakeholders, external technology partners, and cross-functional teams across the Flutter UKI business to lead high-impact initiatives from concept to customer delivery. Trusted to ensure successful outcomes, this role drives delivery through effective planning, proactive risk management, and clear communication with all relevant stakeholders. As an experienced leader in project delivery, you will bring deep expertise across the full project lifecycle and be recognised as a trusted point of escalation and decision-making. You will oversee the planning of product and technology initiatives, informed by prioritisation inputs, and own supplier relationships from a technology perspective. Reporting to the Programme Manager, this role will require occasional travel to other Flutter International locations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Plan, oversee, and report on the delivery of highly complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives and timelines.
  • Lead proactive risk, issue, and dependency management to protect delivery outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across all business levels — executive, senior management, operational, and delivery — through clear governance and regular reporting.
  • Contribute to the overall prioritisation process, communicate agreed priorities, ensure alignment, and drive actions to achieve them.
  • Identify and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum and enable teams to progress effectively.
  • Facilitate technology input into investment requests, supporting the Programme Manager in drafting business cases.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams on resource allocation, planning, and driving efficiencies using Agile Scrum practices.
  • Coordinate technical due diligence for new suppliers and clearly articulate commercial inputs.
  • Generate reports from Agile tooling to measure delivery effectiveness and address challenges in Scrum adoption.
  • Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with technical and commercial teams to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Expert in the full software delivery lifecycle, with proven success in adopting and scaling Agile Scrum across multiple teams or divisions.
