Overview

TL; DR We’re building Ambar — the platform that collapses software development from years to weeks. As a Project Manager, you’ll drive customer projects from idea to production, keeping teams aligned, customers confident, and outcomes delivered. You’ll turn complexity into clarity and ensure every partnership succeeds. Why Ambar? Everyone’s racing to make coding faster with AI. But coding is only a small part of building software. There’s business context, requirements, discovery, architecture decisions, integration patterns. We’re building the system that handles all of it. Ambar is a platform where humans and AI work together to collect business context and convert it into running systems. We’ve already shipped enterprise applications in weeks that normally take months. Now we’re productizing it. The Role

You’ll own the customer delivery journey. From initial requirements through to delivery of projects in production. You’ll work on requirement gathering with customers, manage timelines, unblock teams, and keep communication sharp. This role demands both structured execution and the ability to thrive in a changing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects
• Run discovery sessions to gather requirements
• Translate customer needs into actionable plans for the engineering team
• Keep projects on track: scope, deadlines, communication, and risks
• Manage customer relationships and build trust by delivering outcomes
• Capture and feed back customer requirements to help shape Ambar’s platform

How We Hire

1. Intro call (45 min): Get to know each other, align on what you’re looking for
2. Project conversation (60 min): Walk through projects you’ve led, how you managed ambiguity
3. Customer exercise (2–3 hours, async): Customer scenario, extract requirements from a brief, draft a project plan (milestones, risks, dependencies), and write a short customer update email with next steps
4. Optional: we are happy to sync with you for 30 minutes over an additional call if you have a list of clarifying questions you’d like to
5. Presentation + discussion (45–60 min): Talk through your approach and how you’d adapt in a real-life project
6. Decision: If you’re exceptional, you’ll have an offer within ten days of starting the process
