Job summary

Teciem is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives across our Lisbon and remote teams. You will manage project intake, scope, schedule, and cost, while guiding teams to deliver on time and within budget, aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

5 years’ experience in project or program management.
Advanced English communication skills.
Experience defining, implementing and leading projects utilizing PMI and Agile.
Experience developing project budgets based on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

Responsibilities

Leads and drives the development of project intake processes including scope, schedule and cost.
Defines goals and objectives and assigns roles for the project duration.
Manages multiple mid to large scale projects ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery aligned with business objectives.
Oversees project team assignments and progress against the work plan to meet time, cost and quality targets.
Identifies potential changes and facilitates change control approvals.
