Synopsys Inc. seeks an experienced program engineering leader to drive complex SerDes program initiatives. You will manage initiation through closure, align budgets and schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering and IP domains.

You will mentor other PMs, refine PM standards, and report progress to senior stakeholders, enabling timely customer commitments and technology leadership in semiconductor solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management within engineering, preferably semiconductor/ASIC.
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or demonstrated experience.
• Strong understanding of IP and SoC development processes, including lifecycle aspects.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX, MS Project, and MS Excel for planning and tracking.
• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI) for reporting and analysis.
• Proven ability to implement and improve PM methodologies in a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the full program engineering lifecycle across multiple interconnected projects.
• Monitor and control budgets, schedules, risks, and scopes to meet milestones and commitments.
• Implement and refine program management standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Identify organizational needs and build trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead regular status meetings with cross-functional teams for clear updates.
• Coaching and mentoring other Project Engineering Managers.
• Coordinate cross-project activities within the SerDes PM department for synergy.
• Provide internal and external reporting to senior leadership and partners.
