Qualificações

  • 3+ years in technical roles involving SaaS, IaaS, storage, networking, backup, disaster recovery, or server administration.
  • 3+ years in Project or Technical Account Management roles.
  • Security certifications like CISSP or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Specialist who is ready to join our mission in creating a #CyberFit future!

In this role, you will be the single point of contact for Acronis partners and end customers, driving initiatives that improve stability, customer satisfaction, and revenue. The role requires occasional international travel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs, develop technical & commercial proposals.
  • Create PSA and SOW in collaboration with Sales and Legal teams.
  • Develop project plans for implementation, consulting, and integration projects.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve technical issues during and after implementation.
  • Maintain knowledge of Acronis products and advise customers accordingly.
  • Review and improve customer implementation and integration plans.
  • Present new product features and gather customer feedback.
  • Monitor customer performance and develop remediation plans if needed.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Support, and other teams on incidents and feature requests.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on case progress.
  • Manage escalations, prepare summaries, and root cause analyses.
  • Gather customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews and manage internal development projects.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 3+ years in technical roles involving SaaS, IaaS, storage, networking, backup, disaster recovery, API, data center design, databases, scripting, or server administration.
  • 3+ years in Project or Technical Account Management roles.
  • Security certifications like CISSP or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, project, risk, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Second language proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
