AgileEngine in Braga, Portugal is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision for internal security tools and developer portals within a large enterprise security program. You will prioritize user stories across engineering workstreams, drive developer experience improvements across ASPM and AI-SDLC scanning products, and bridge executive security mandates with Agile pods.

This role requires 5+ years in technical product management or as a product owner, plus hands-on experience

Qualificações

• 5+ years in technical product management or as a product owner.
• Experience with vulnerability management lifecycles.
• Experience with AppSec and cloud security/architecture.
• Ability to drive strategy autonomously with data-driven decisions and leadership.
• Strong English proficiency (upper-intermediate).

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategic vision and backlog prioritization for internal security tools, developer portals, and platform artifacts within a large-scale enterprise security program.
• Define and prioritize user stories across multiple engineering workstreams.
• Drive developer experience improvements across ASPM and AI-SDLC scanning products.
• Bridge executive security mandates with Agile delivery pods.
• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions and policy modernization.
• Ensure built solutions reduce developer friction and enhance internal user journeys.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.
