AgileEngine in Portugal (Braga) seeks a Senior Product Owner to own strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools, developer portals, and platform artifacts within a large-scale enterprise security program. You will define and prioritize user stories across multiple engineering workstreams, drive developer experience improvements, and bridge executive security mandates with Agile delivery pods.

5+ years in technical product ownership is required.

Qualificações

5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles.
Experience with AppSec.
Experience with Cloud Security or Cloud Architecture.
Experience with Development Enablement.
Ability to drive product strategy from inception to adoption autonomously.
Data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without day-to-day direction.

Responsabilidades

Own the strategic vision and backlog prioritization for security tools, developer portals, and platform artifacts.
Define and prioritize user stories across multiple engineering workstreams.
Drive developer experience improvements across ASPM and AI-SDLC scanning products.
Bridge executive security mandates with Agile delivery pods.
Define epics for Workstreams 1-5 and ensure engineering reduces systemic risk.
Drive adoption frameworks and policy modernization within the architecture team.
