Critical Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and growth of Karvel, our onboard software platform for space missions. You will balance satellite-team needs with new market opportunities across space operations, in-orbit assets, and exploration.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and stakeholders to ensure reliable, time-critical delivery and drive agile practices while shaping the product function within the unit.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of the space industry, including regulatory and operational realities.
• Proven track record leading product management for complex B2B/B2G software.
• End-to-end ownership from vision to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across government and industry.
• Proficiency in agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and growth for Karvel.
• Establish continuous discovery with engineering and operators to uncover needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape solutions, write specs, and prioritize the backlog.
• Define and monitor product metrics including adoption and mission outcomes.
• Support go-to-market activities with sales and business development.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of product owners; establish PM practices.
