Job summary

Reachdesk, a global SaaS gifting platform, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape the Reachdesk Platform. You will own end-to-end product initiatives, translating customer and business problems into deliverable software with measurable impact.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead discovery, define problems, and drive delivery, rollout, and adoption across engineering, design, and cross-functional partners, ensuring outcomes align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience owning B2B SaaS products from discovery to adoption.
• Ability to turn complex problems into clear product outcomes.
• Strong communication with engineering, design, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction and priorities aligned with company goals.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from discovery to rollout and iteration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS and other teams to drive adoption.
• Make trade-offs balancing customer, business, and technical needs.
• Partner with external technology and integration partners.
