Qualificações

• Over 5 years of product design experience.
• Solid UX/UI design experience focused on complex systems and back-office platforms.
• Mobile banking/fintech design experience is a plus.
• Advanced English for daily professional interaction.
• Ability to influence product strategy and challenge established norms.
• High autonomy to navigate stakeholder landscapes.

Responsabilidades

• Design and architect complex internal management systems, proprietary product platforms, and backend CRM tools.
• Ensure design integrity and strong UX/UI consistency across high-complexity backend workflows.
• Act as a design protector safeguarding design quality and standards within the team.
• Influence the product roadmap and drive continuous design improvements with Product Managers.
• Translate intricate financial and technical backend logic into clear, scalable interfaces.
