Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Portugal is seeking a Product Designer to shape products from problem framing through launch and iteration in a fully remote role.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering across web, mobile, widgets, and user portals, blending product thinking, UX, visual design and design systems in a hands-on environment. 3+ years in SaaS or software, advanced Figma skills, and comfort designing data-dense interfaces are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional product design experience, ideally SaaS or software apps.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, variables, prototyping, and Dev Mode.
• Ability to work across the full design spectrum from early exploration to polished UI.

Responsibilities

• Own product design initiatives end to end from problem framing to post-launch iteration.
• Partner with product leaders, engineers, and designers to translate user needs into experiences.
• Design across surfaces including web, native mobile, widgets, and portals.
• Create and maintain high-quality Figma libraries and design-system patterns.
• Develop interactive prototypes to accelerate learning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering during implementation and review builds for fidelity.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Communicate design thinking clearly through written specs and walkthroughs.
• Manage priorities independently across multiple product areas.
