We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to research, analyze, design, and validate Pipedrive’s platform AI experiences across different channels and platforms. You’ll play a key role in advancing Pipedrive’s AI-first vision by discovering, planning and delivering the roadmap for our AI/ML platform. You’ll gain a thorough understanding of our users’ needs regarding utilising AI capabilities with Pipedrive through a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods and will prototype solutions to improve its quality and user experience.

Your new adventure:

• Work together with the product manager and the rest of the team to explore opportunities, understand user needs and translate those into experiments, solutions and, in the end, elegant interface designs
• Initiate and organize user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the needs of Pipedrive’s users
• Dive into data points and the world of causation and correlation to learn more about user behavior
• Take ownership of the design vision in your area and lead innovation through experimentation and user testing
• Create and maintain deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, etc.) to communicate ideas and validate solutions
• Ensure design consistency across the product by using our UX & Design Systems.
• Work closely with engineers throughout a project’s lifecycle, providing support, refining the user experience, and dealing with technical constraints
• Collaborate with fellow designers to constantly refine Pipedrive’s design language
• Engage and influence stakeholders and your peers to communicate thought processes and deliverables
• Lead by example by sharing learnings and providing feedback to other designers

Does this sound like you?

• At least 5 years of experience working as a product designer or similar role
• Some of this experience has been in relation to designing solutions powered by AI/ML technology
• Have an extensive understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies
• Strong inclination towards experimentation and innovation, leveraging lean principles to test hypotheses and iterate rapidly
• Able to translate strategy into a well-structured design execution plan
• Able to model both qualitative and quantitative user research from scratch
• Above average skill with Figma and experience with using AI tools
• A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills, and openness to feedback
• Experience in planning and evaluating work processes and taking ownership of them
• Having a portfolio or a couple of strong projects to showcase is a plus
• A degree in the Design field is a plus
• Fluency in English
