Qualificações

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of intuitive and impactful digital experiences. Collaborating with functional teams and utilizing Agile and Scrum frameworks, you will help create solutions that align user needs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Digital Experience Lead in managing and driving strategic projects.
• Collaborate with development, product, and stakeholder teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Participate actively in sprints, refinements, and Scrum ceremonies, ensuring UX perspectives are integrated.
• Analyze user experience metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in UX design and Agile methodologies.
• Apply solid knowledge of UX design principles, including user-centered design practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Have advanced knowledge of integrated Design Systems and experience with tools like Figma, Storybook, and Zeroheight.
• Ability to plan, execute, and maintain the app's Design System over time.
• Proficient in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Show initiative and adaptability in resolving challenges between the designed experience and its development.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting user experience data.
• Ability to document and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Understand advanced interaction design principles, including accessibility and usability heuristics.
• Exposure to conducting workshops with users and stakeholders.
• Possess leadership skills and the ability to organize the work of junior designers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be proactive and eager to learn.
• Be detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have:

• General understanding of React Native programming.
• Experience in UX Research and conducting user interviews with feedback analysis.
